Your baby will always have two mothers. There will be you, the birth mother who loved him or her so much that you carried your baby for nine months and gave life to him or her. Then there will also be the mother (and dad) that raises your child. We are completely open with regards to adoption and your needs. We understand the necessity for you to know that your child is being well provided for, is happy and is being raised in a loving and compassionate home full of happiness and laughter.
We would be more than happy to include you, and your family in your child’s life through pictures, letters, visits and even Holiday get-togethers. Of course, the extent of contact is total dependent upon your wants and needs as your child’s birth mother. We are willing to be as open or closed in an adoption as you wish, the decision is yours. We welcome you to call us, if just to talk. Today, We are still in contact with Aleksander's birthmother. Talking with her every few months and sharing photo’s with her over the web. She also knows she is welcome to visit which we think is going to happen soon.
We will be forever grateful of the gift you are making, if not for us, to another family wishing to grow. The decision of whom to place your child with will always be yours, and we know that as with Aleksander, we might have to wait, but the right match is in the stars and will be made.
